Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Here’s what is included in each harvest that is delivered to your door.

  • Area 2 Farms is certified USDA organic. Everything we grow and harvest is tended to with the utmost respect for our land, our resources, and our community.

  • Every week we grow lettuce (kale, arugula, spring mix…), root vegetables (carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes…), herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil…), microgreens (broccoli, sunflower shoots, radish…), and a specialty item (lavender, herb salt, wasabi arugula).

  • Area 2 Farms is rooted in the oldest techniques and powered by the newest technologies, enabling us to grow always-in-season produce right here in Arlington. We use vertical farming to grow a wide variety of produce - familiar favorites along with varieties you've never seen before.

  • Own a farm without, you know, actually having to farm. Area 2 is a community share farm–in your actual community. Our farmers are your neighbors; our produce is hyper-local, hyper-vibrant, and hyper-delicious. Every share box is a thoughtful combination of produce you’ll actually use and fun extras to enhance your seed-to-table experience. We're proud to be a certified B-Corp, using business to be a force for good.

  • Purchase our 4, or 10-week harvests and pick your delivery weeks. Plans change. If you ever need to skip a week, no problem.

    • Carrots sold in the grocery stores can be any where between 1-9 months old, depending on how they have been processed. We harvest on Tuesdays and deliver on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
